In Lehighton, there’s only one place you need to go for all your car servicing needs: Cortnee’s Cars. Cortnee’s Cars, a woman-owned family business, opened in June of 2023, with the Chamber of Commerce doing a ribbon cutting ceremony in July of 2023.
Owner Cortnee Collier has over 10 years of experience in the automotive business and is hoping to bring back “mom and pop” family automotive shops, offering affordable services and personal service. In addition, they are open 6 days a week and work hard to make sure everyone receives speedy service.
As Collier says on their website, “Everyone needs a service center they can trust, and technicians who put the customers’ needs first.” At Cortnee’s Cars, they make sure your car is safe, dependable, and that the job was done correctly—with reasonable pricing to boot.
They have been working hard to renovate their building and appearance to add charm and curb appeal with a recently painted mural on the outside of their building. The mural evokes thoughts of Route 66 and the days of pride in cars and community. In addition, they have added colorful flower beds along the building. Daniel Fritz, general manager and lead technician, stated that they are trying to spruce up their appearance with the mural and good clean up to add to the beauty of Lehighton.
Fritz also emphasizes that they offer “quality automotive service as quickly as possible.” Cortnee’s Cars is open on Saturdays and hopes to offer short-term waits, meaning your automotive repair needs will be addressed hopefully within the day of calling. On a Saturday, you can drop off your car and explore the local area. They offer competitive pricing and are a PA official inspection and emissions service station. Customs exhausts and welding are also available. Cortnee’s Cars is open Monday-Friday from 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM and Saturdays 8 AM – 4 PM.
