Midsummer Party at Ouros to Celebrate 2nd Floor Restaurant Expansion in Jim Thorpe

Ouros located at 70 Broadway, will hold its first Midsummer party Friday, June 24th, from 5 pm until 2 am. The Midsummer party will be a time to celebrate the beauty of nature, don your homemade floral crown, and take in the first thematic transformation of the dining space.

Services will permanently expand to include a newly renovated second-floor dining environment with seating for 30 additional guests. The Midsummer menu will replace April’s launch offerings at Ouros with new seasonal items providing guests with a timely culinary refresh at the recently opened late-night destination.

Notable Midsummer menu additions include a hand-cut Filet Mignon with oyster mushroom and baby fingerling potatoes, Strawberry Spinach Salad with housemade strawberry vinaigrette, and Cajun Salmon over linguine with a light cream sauce. Signature cocktail offerings include the gin-based and melon-forward California Greenin’ and the Death by Chocolate, a coffee & vanilla vodka-based love letter to one of the area’s favorite chocolate cocktails.

Throughout the night, guests can expect complimentary menu samples in typical Ouros fashion enabling partygoers to experience a further tasting of the seasonal Midsummer offerings. The evening will conclude with the announcement of Ouros next seasonal event and a special Midsummer giveaway.
